By using varbrixa.com, contacting us or hiring our services, you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Use of this website
This website provides general information about Varbrixa's services. Varbrixa does not provide medical care, medical advice, diagnosis or prescriptions. In an emergency, call 911; in a mental health crisis, call or text 988.
3. Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older to use this website to request services or to enroll in our text messaging program.
4. Text messaging (SMS) terms
- Program name: Varbrixa Messages.
- What you will receive: responses to your inquiries, appointment notices and reminders, and service-related communications; promotional messages only if you opt in to them separately.
- How you opt in: by selecting an optional, unchecked checkbox on a Varbrixa form. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Age requirement: at least 18 years old.
- Frequency: message frequency varies based on your interaction with us.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out: reply STOP at any time. You will receive one final confirmation message.
- Help: reply HELP or contact us at +1 214-447-8855 or admin@varbrixa.com.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- We do not share your mobile information or consent with third parties for marketing; see our Privacy Policy.
5. Our services
The scope, price and timing of each service are agreed in writing with each client. Clients approve content before it is published, and their accounts (Meta, Google, WhatsApp and others) remain in their name. AI agents only use information the client approved and hand sensitive topics to a person. We work toward good results but do not guarantee specific numbers of followers, messages, appointments or sales.
6. Acceptable use
Do not send patient information, health data, passwords or unlawful content through this website. We may reject or delete anything that does not follow this rule.
7. Ownership
Each party keeps what it already owned. Rights over work we create for a client are defined in that client's agreement. The content and brand of this website belong to Varbrixa LLC.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, this website is provided "as is" and Varbrixa is not liable for indirect damages arising from its use. Each contracted service is governed by the client's agreement.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
10. Changes
We will post any change on this page with a new effective date.
